Ilar Parsa is an actor, filmmaker and voice-over artist based in Los Angeles. She is first generation Iranian American. Her upbringing was split between the US and Iran. She has also lived in France, Italy and China and is proficient in Farsi, French, Italian and conversant in basic Mandarin.
Ilar started her acting career starring in theatre shows internationally then secured a supporting role in Andrew Lau's blockbuster film "The Captain." She has written, produced and starred in a number of award-winning short films.
